Albertina Kerr is a Portland, Oregon based non-profit who holds an annual 5k/10k/half marathon benefiting children with mental and developmental disabilities.

The race medals are hand made by adults with developmental disabilities at the Port City program in North Portland. The wood was salvaged from local oak trees and second as coasters after the race.
